International Goat Days Family Festival

I love this event that takes place in Millington, TN every year. It's just all about goats.

They had goat chariot races, which were HI-larious

Very impressive barrel racing by teenage girls on horses

Goats, goats, goats! It smelled very goaty.

Memphis Urban Sketchers

Here are my scans of the sketches I did at September's Memphis Urban Sketchers group sketch at the Memphis Farmers Market.

Our next group sketch is Saturday, October 2, 11am - 1pm at the National Ornamental Metal Museum, 374 Metal Museum Drive, during their repair days event. We'll meet in front of the library (when you enter the museum grounds the library is ahead on your right), then we'll sketch! Everyone is welcome.

Here's my sketch - I only did one and a half because I spent a lot of time socializing.

Kate, Sujata and Lindsay

Carl in the foreground and my nephews and niece in the distance

Looking at Lindsay's sketch - my camera phone cut off part of the picture - sorry!

Sujata's sketch and gear

Chandler's sketch - love the guy in the stripes!

Calvin did a great job

Somerset's sketch

These were done at the Memphis Farmers Market.
